“Let us go over to the other side”…

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, this weekend 60 of our ladies attended the ACTS retreat. (30 retreatants and 30 team members). I would like to thank and congratulate all of them.

The term "retreat" means "to draw back, withdraw, call back".

Church retreats can be important for several reasons, including:

• Spiritual growth: Retreats provide a chance to focus on God and one's relationship with Him, away from the distractions of everyday life.

• Community building: Retreats allow church members to interact and bond in a different setting, which can lead to greater understanding, empathy, and unity.

• Personal discipleship: Retreats can be a time to commit to personal growth and accountability.

• Prayer and worship: Retreats offer uninterrupted time for prayer and worship, without the constraints of time or external pressures.

• Personal conversion: Retreats can be a powerful step toward personal conversion.

• Making resolutions: Retreats can be a time to examine life's priorities and make practical resolutions for improvement.

• Bonding memories: Retreats can create lasting memories.
