Join the Early Childhood Center

The ECC accepts registrations throughout the year as openings become available. Please call us at (713) 692-1941 to check current availability. If there is no availability in your child’s age group, we will gladly add you to our waitlist at no cost and contact you as soon as a spot opens up.

Once availability has been determined, please complete our registration to include the following:

  1. Enrollment Form

  2. Vaccine Record

  3. Child Statement of Good Health

  4. The non-refundable registration fee for each child ($275)

  5. The non-refundable supply fee for each child ($175)

All forms and fees are due at the time of enrollment. Your child’s registration is incomplete until all forms and fees are submitted. All information on the forms must be filled in completely. If any question does not apply, please write N/A in the space provided.

    The Enrollment Form is your first step in joining the St. Rose of Lima Early Childhood Center. Please complete the form on our Registration page to begin the enrollment process for your child and secure their place in our program.

  • Immunications & Medical Statement of Health Form

    The Immunization & Medical Statement of Health Form is required to ensure that your child’s health and immunization records are up to date. Please complete and submit this form as part of the enrollment process for your child at St. Rose of Lima Early Childhood Center.
