Located in the Garden Oaks neighborhood, just north of the Houston Heights, St. Rose of Lima Early Childhood Center has cared for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers since 1982. Our licensed, year-round program offers a safe, nurturing environment designed to promote young children's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development. Our play-based, hands-on approach to early education allows children to learn most effectively through concrete experiences.

Our Programs
The ECC serves children ages six weeks through two turning three years old and offers both full-time and part-time programs that are year-round to accommodate each families’ needs.

Curriculum & Enrichment
St. Rose of Lima Early Childhood Center uses the Frog Street Press Curriculum series for our infants, toddlers, and twos. The curriculums believe that children learn best through actively engaging with people and things in their environment. Children are involved in hands-on experiences, real-life adventures, and assisted discovery as they explore concepts through play.

Registration
The ECC registers children to our program throughout the year as openings become available. Please call (713) 692-1941 to determine current availability.
If the ECC does not have availability in your child’s age group, we will be happy to add you to our wait list (free of charge) and will contact you as soon as an opening becomes available.
